Welcome to ScreenDrop. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use ScreenDrop.
1. Service Description
ScreenDrop is a browser-based screen sharing service that allows presenters to share their screen with viewers via QR codes and room codes. Screen shares are transmitted in real-time using peer-to-peer technology and are not recorded or stored on our servers.
2. Account Registration
Presenters must create an account to use ScreenDrop. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Viewers do not need an account to join a session.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ScreenDrop to:

- Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of exploitation
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others
- Share pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
- Use the service for any activity that violates applicable law
4. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you share through ScreenDrop. We do not pre-screen shared content but reserve the right to terminate sessions or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Viewers may report inappropriate content at any time.
5. Free Tier Limitations
Free accounts are subject to the following limits:
- Up to 10 viewers per session
- 15-minute maximum session duration
- 3 sessions per day
- 480p maximum resolution
Paid plans (Pro, Team) offer higher limits. All limits may change at any time.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ScreenDrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
